Can I get a free trial account?

Yes! You can request a free 7-day trial, outside of main examination periods (May-June and November-December). Please email contact@lompla.com with your school details, and a free trial account will be created for you, within 1 business day.

How long does it take for an account to be created?

  • If you pay using Stripe, account creation is instant and you will be able to create exam displays in minutes.
  • If you pay via Purchase Order/bank transfer, the account will be available once payment has cleared. Most customers who pick this option ask for a free trial, and arrange payment immediately.

Can I change the email address used?

Yes. Please email contact@lompla.com if you need to change the email address used to access the account.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer volume discounts for customers who need 5 licenses of more. Please email contact@lompla.com for details. We do not offer any other discounts.

What is your refund policy?

At Exam Display, we offer a 7-day free trial for you to explore and evaluate our service. If you decide that Exam Display does not meet your needs within the trial period, you can cancel your account without any charges.

We do not offer automatic refunds after the free trial period, as our competitive pricing of £25/year ensures that our service remains accessible and affordable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team at contact@lompla.com with your request and the reasons behind it.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for change of mind, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction outside of the free trial period.

Are my payment details safe?

At Exam Display, we prioritise the safety and security of our customers' payment information. That's why we've partnered with Stripe (opens in a new tab), the world's leading subscription payment platform, to handle all our payment transactions. With Stripe, you can trust that your payment methods are secure and confidential, and that Exam Display never has access to or stores any of your payment information.

Do I need to renew my subscription?

Subscriptions are set to auto renew. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, please follow the instructions found here.

How can I update my payment details?

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, please follow instructions found here. Cancelling a subscription will not lead to funds being refunded. A subscription will continue to work until the anniversary date.

Can I change payment method (Purchase Order/Bank transfer)?
