Manage Subscription

This page outlines the process to edit your subscription details, or cancel your Exam Display subscription.

Account created using Stripe

When you create your account using Stripe (i.e. credit card), you can manage your edit or cancel your subscription without requesting the help of one of our representatives.

1. Click on the icon.
2. Click on the Subscription button.

3. Check your email for one-time use link.

4. Click Log In.

5. In the Invigilator Plan section, you can edit your payment methods, including adding a new card.
6. You may also wish to cancel your subscription by clicking on the Cancel Plan button.

If you have created your subscription using a Purchase Order, or bank transfer please email contact@lompla.com to edit or cancel your subscription.
